Or try Tibet - Cry of the Snow Lion featuring both Palden Gyatso and Blake Kerr (Sky Burial). Kerr was an eyewitness of the 1987 demonstrations in Tibet that were a precursor to Tiananmen 1989 and kicks off the film with his account:
