Estifanos Seyoum, Eritrean Prisoner of Conscience

Group 22 now has a webpage dedicated to our newly adopted Eritrean prisoner of conscience, Estifanos Seyoum.  Please stop by, learn about the case and take action.  The link has also been added to the sidebar of this blog.  New actions and updates will be posted from time to time, so check back frequently.  Consider this a warm-up for our September selection, Michela Wrong's I Didn't Do It for You : How the World Betrayed a Small African Nation.

    Hi Martha,

I am interested in the same topics and was pleased to see this group with a focus on terrific HR readings! I may let my students know about some of these.

Also, just to let you know about a new research project that is attempting to draw attention to Human Rights Narratives. It is at humanrightsnarratives.blogspot.com then under links select join discussion.

It is trying to collect accounts of HR stories and violations firsthand from all over the world.

A great project which I think resonates with your site!

    best,

    jb
